Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Supplies needed:
- eggs up to 12 or max of your Instant Pot model
- 1/2 cup Water
- Instant Pot and all lid sealing components
- inner stainless pot
- metal eggs streaming rack
- cold water
- some ice
- tongs
- Large Bowl to hold ice & water and cover all the eggs
The Cooking Instructions

Pour 1/2 cup water into the inner pot and place in your Instant Pot.

Place eggs in the inner pot on the egg steaming rack.

Set steam release to the sealing position.

Press Eggs button OR Press Pressure Cook Manual, set to High pressure and adjust time to 5 minutes.

After cooking time has completed, let count up for 5 minutes, then Quick Release remaining pressure.

Then transfer eggs into ice water bath for 5 minutes.

Remove eggs and dry

Refrigerate and store the eggs
